Shipping policy
1. Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is between 3-5 business days but will vary based on location. Please note these delivery times may be extended during holiday periods as USPS/UPS/DHL may experience delivery delays.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has processed which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Please note that we will not be able to correct addresses or cancel orders once submitted and as of such, you MUST verify your intended delivery address prior to submitting orders.
4. Preorder
If you ordered an item that was listed as “Preorder”, they will ship on or about the date listed so please be sure to read description prior to submitting order. Orders with multiple items that includes a preorder item will not be partially fulfilled, and will ship at the time the preorder is ready to be fulfilled.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
The Coconut Cup is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages:
The Coconut Cup is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact shipment carrier to file a claim.
5. Missing Packages:
Please note that once packages leave our warehouse and is delivered to couriers (USPS/UPS/DHL), you will need to follow up/submit a claim (all packages are insured) with delivery company for any package marked delivered but not received so they can investigate as there is nothing we can do on our end in these instances.
